This causes a chain reaction with hundreds of thousands of providers and hosts loading the new data and having the ability to stop the same offending networks or hosts. Hey, we collected and gave it to them, its up to them to use the shit, sadly some don’t. Basically, its a neighborhood watch on a much larger scale.
